DCI SHIPPING POLICIES
DCI Offers Lower Shipping Costs: DCI offers qualifying accounts UPS 3-day delivery at Ground rate (we pay the difference!) This promotion is offered as a token of appreciation to you, our loyal customer.
More oversized items and Reliance Operatory Equipment: Delivery Systems are shipped via USP Ground or via Freight.
Same-Day Shipping: Qualifying orders received by 4 pm (PST) are shipped the same day as part of our ‘Out the Door Before 4’ guarantee. Please note that this policy does not apply to:
- Any parts orders received after 4 pm PST, Monday through Friday (Note: FedEx Ground has a cut-off of 3 pm PST)
- Orders requiring expedited shipping placed after 2 pm PST (Note: DHL Express cut-off is 9 am PST)
- International orders placed after 2 pm PST
- Orders that require freight shipping
- Orders for select Reliance Operatory Equipment
RETURN POLICY
Overstock Items: Items must be in original condition to be eligible for return; no credit will be issued on used, installed, damaged, or incomplete returns (no partial packages). Modified, obsolete, or discontinued items will not be accepted for credit. Returns will not be accepted outside of one year from the original invoice date.
One-Year Guarantee: DCI has put significant time and effort into designing, manufacturing, or selecting all the fine products we offer. Therefore, we fully guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects for one year from purchase (except fiber optic tubing, handpiece turbines, and Copeland compressor heads, which are guaranteed for six months). Should any product fail, for whatever reason, due to a manufacturing defect, DCI will repair or replace the product at no charge to the customer.
