Customer Service Training Coordinator, 16 at DCI

Working for DCI is more than just a job to me—it’s family. DCI is all about the employees. The last couple of years they have donated backpacks full of school supplies for employees with children. They have partnered with a daycare and give the employees a discount. We get Christmas bonuses, and don’t forget October—pallets of pumpkins brought in for everyone. I have never worked anywhere else where the company has been so involved with their employees. I started at DCI in 2006. I didn’t come from much growing up. After starting here, I knew this was the place that would help me grow. I started out in production and have worked my way through the company. DCI is so eager to grow the employees within the company and give them the tools they need to succeed.
